Hi there, I’m Bailey! I’m from Kansas City, but left the heartland of the USA to attend college at Brigham Young University- Idaho. I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Communications with an emphasis in digital & social media. Since I was 14, I’ve found my creative outlet behind the camera, creating videos and taking photos. Telling stories, conveying emotion, and spreading joy became my passions.

In April 2020, I decided to put my schooling on hold for 18 months and volunteered as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ in the Latino communities of California and Chile. During the height of the pandemic, we had to leave behind our traditional methods of serving and were forced to find new ways to reach people and share our message of joy. Social media was the answer. I was assigned to be the social media specialist in both countries for a combined total of 12 months. My responsibilities included establishing and overseeing 7 Facebook pages, creating daily content, filming, editing, and leading weekly Facebook trainings for over 150 volunteers. By increasing following, running ads, decreasing our response time, and creating an effective workflow missionary volunteers experienced more success than ever! I pioneered “content sharing” as a way to decrease production time and increase quality content. This method was later implemented across the entire South America South area.

It is because of this experience that I decided to pursue a degree in communications. I will be forever grateful for that opportunity and the path it has led me to. Now, I am looking forward to helping other businesses find their own success through digital and social media.
